Assistant Manager – Brand Activation & Operations will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring brand activation campaigns, promotional events, and marketing operations across all business units.
Responsibilities
Integrated Launch Management: Plan and execute successful product launches in coordination with cross-functional teams.
POSM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement POSM strategies to maximize brand visibility and in-store execution.
Packaging Liaison & Field Execution: Coordinate packaging initiatives and ensure effective execution in the market.
Operational Efficiency: Drive efficient execution of brand activation campaigns while optimizing processes and budgets.
Vendor & Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors and Supply Chain to ensure timely availability of marketing materials and campaign support.
