Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, manage stock accuracy, and storage systems.

Oversee shipping, dispatch, and delivery processes.

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and dispatch planning.

Coordinate with logistics teams for inbound and outbound movements.

Optimize routes and delivery schedules for cost efficiency.

Supervise warehouse staff and ensure team productivity.

Implement and enforce SOPs and operational best practices.
