About this role

Responsible for managing and driving sales performance across assigned retail bakery outlets, ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The role involves leading Branch Managers and bakery teams, monitoring outlet performance, implementing sales strategies, controlling operational costs, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include area-wise sales planning, target achievement, market analysis, inventory and wastage control, staff productivity, merchandising, customer service, and timely resolution of operational issues. The position also requires regular market visits and close coordination with Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and other stakeholders to maximize business growth.
