About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager Quality for our Bakery Division. You will lead quality assurance and control activities to ensure all bakery products meet company standards, food safety regulations, and customer expectations. This role involves process monitoring, team supervision, and continuous improvement across production lines.
Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce quality standards for raw materials, in-process, and finished bakery products.
Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, and local food safety regulations.
Supervise QA/QC inspectors and lab technicians; conduct training on GMP, hygiene, and quality protocols.
Identify non-conformities, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain quality records, audit reports, SOPs, and customer complaint logs.
Facilitate internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer visits.
Coordinate with Procurement and R&D for supplier approval and raw material quality.
