About this role
Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for the organization. This role supports strategic hiring initiatives, improves sourcing strategies and ensures a seamless candidate experience while working closely with internal stakeholders to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of candidates.
Coordination with hiring manager to understand talent needs and define job requirements.
Use various sourcing methods including job portals, social media and employee referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and dashboards.
Salary Range
PKR 120,000 - PKR 150,000
