Designing and implementing organizational development initiatives that align with strategic HR goals. Facilitate talent development, employee engagement, employer branding and change management processes to build a strong and adaptive organizational culture that aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an Annual Training Calendar based on training needs analysis and business goals.
- Create and implement technical and non-technical training programs to address performance gaps and support upskilling.
- Oversee effective onboarding programs and on-the-job training to ensure smooth employee integration and early productivity.
- Facilitate talent reviews and assess employee competencies to identify development needs.
- Design individual development plans for high-potential employees to support growth and career progression.
- Lead succession planning by identifying critical roles and grooming internal talent pools. Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to align learning interventions with business needs.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the company’s social media presence by planning and curating content that highlights employee experience, events, and culture.
- Build academic-industry partnerships to strengthen employer presence and support future talent pipelines.
- Represent the company at relevant HR events, career fairs, and community outreach programs.
