About this role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the overall finance and accounts operations of our Sugar Mill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, receivable, collections, payment processing, financial records, and compliance activities. The role requires strong expertise in accounting operations, ERP systems, financial controls, and team management to ensure smooth and accurate financial execution across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead overall finance and accounts operations for the Sugar Mill.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, collections, and payment processing operations.
Ensure timely ledger maintenance, and accurate accounting records.
Monitor supplier payments and daily cash transactions.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and operational teams for smooth financial execution.
Maintain accurate financial documentation, ERP entries, and reporting processes.
Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
