About this role
We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant (Business Analyst) who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, CRM Odoo or other enterprise business applications.
Responsibilities
Strong understanding of Retail Sales, Inventory, Pricing, Promotions, Procurement, and Store Operations.
Excellent requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and retail application integration with ERP systems.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX Retail experience will be highly preferred.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver within agreed timelines.
