About this role
We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant (Business Analyst) who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, CRM Odoo or other enterprise business applications.
Responsibilities
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in FMCG, Manufacturing or related industries
Strong understanding of ERP processes, particularly Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Good knowledge of end-to-end FMCG manufacturing supply chain processes, including Procurement, Planning, Production, Inventory, Warehousing, Sales, and Distribution
Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle
Strong requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation skills, including BRDs and FRDs
Good stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize business requirements, manage UAT sessions, demonstrate solutions, support Go-Live activities, and manage change requests.
