Build a robust pipeline for Store Managers and Regional Leads to ensure business continuity.
Design and manage incentive schemes, commissions, and bonus structures tailored to retail sales targets.
Implement performance management systems that recognize "Service Excellence" and customer-first behaviors.
Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws regarding shift timings, overtime, and seasonal contracts.
