About this role
Head of Quality and R&D - Bakery Division will lead the strategic direction, development, and quality assurance of all baked goods product lines. This dual-function executive role is responsible for driving innovation from concept to commercialization while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, regulatory compliance, and product consistency across all manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
Lead the formulation, development, and scaling of new bakery products, aligned with market trends and consumer preferences.
Lead quality and food safety systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Drive new product development and continuous improvement across all product categories.
Ensure compliance with food regulations, certifications, and audit requirements.
Improve manufacturing quality, process efficiency, and cost through continuous improvement.
Partner with key functions to support product launches and resolve technical challenges.
Build and lead high-performing Quality and R&D teams to achieve business objectives.
