About this role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Accounts Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day operations, ensure smooth coordination with key clients, and support business growth through effective account management.
Responsibilities
Operational Execution of Key Accounts Sales (Primary & Secondary).
Channel management, LMT’s, HoReCa, Contracts, JBP’s.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts regarding operational issues and requests.
Manage and track key account orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and sales teams to guarantee timely deliveries and smooth operations.
Prepare regular performance reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
