About this role
The Maintenance Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for maintenance functions. The role is accountable for ensuring maximum equipment reliability, minimizing unplanned downtime, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The incumbent will lead a team of maintenance professionals, drive preventive/predictive maintenance initiatives, manage maintenance budgets, and support capital/technical projects to enhance overall plant efficiency and asset lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and monitor Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance programs for all plant equipment.
Develop and execute maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset lifecycle.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of equipment breakdowns and malfunctions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and spare parts inventory.
Prepare and submit technical reports, documentation, and compliance reports to regulatory bodies and management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Ensure all projects are delivered within budget while meeting quality and safety standards
