About this role
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for the monetization, operational management, and strategic growth of our online store platforms. This role involves managing the end-to-end digital customer journey, optimizing product listings, launching marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to maximize conversion rates and revenue. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between creative marketing, technical web operations, and data-driven inventory management.
Responsibilities
Ensure product listings, imagery, pricing, and content are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Monitor and analyze the online customer journey. Identify friction points in the funnel and implement A/B testing, UX improvements.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align paid media, email marketing, and social commerce with current inventory, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure stock availability matches online demand, preventing stock outs or overstock situations.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including (CAC), (CLV) & (AOV), bounce rates, and net revenue.
