About this role
To Lead Engineering Planning and Monitoring activities by overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimization of machinery and processes, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
Plan, oversee, and execute the installation and commissioning of new machinery, equipment, and engineering projects.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor the performance of installed equipment and monitor troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
Plan machinery and integrate advanced technologies for efficiency.
Collaborate with PPC teams to align engineering schedules with production demands and capacity planning.
Develop & standardized the reports, SOP & monitor compliance with safety regulations across the units.
