About this role
Oversee daily biotechnology production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing. Lead production teams to achieve targets, maintain GMP/GLP and biosafety compliance, coordinate with cross-functional departments, drive process improvements and CAPA implementation, support audits and regulatory inspections, optimize equipment utilization, and collaborate with R&D on technology transfer and process scale-up.
Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily biotechnology production operations.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and biosafety regulations.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain.
Monitor production performance and achieve production targets.
Lead process improvement and CAPA implementation.
Collaborate with R&D on technology transfer and scale-up.
