About this role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Shrink / Stretch to oversee and optimize shrink and stretch operations within the production/packaging function. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient machine operations, maintaining product quality, minimizing wastage, and driving continuous improvement in shrink/stretch processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily shrink and stretch operations within the production/packaging area.
Ensure smooth functioning of shrink wrapping and stretch film machinery.
Monitor production output, efficiency, and quality standards.
Minimize material wastage and improve process efficiency.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
