About this role
The Manager – Quality Assurance ensures product quality and food safety by maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing quality systems, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with relevant standards.
Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure all products meet food safety and regulatory standards (PSQCA, FDA, ISO, Halal, etc.).
Monitor GMP, GHP, and hygiene practices throughout the production facility.
Establish and monitor quality control parameters for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Supervise laboratory testing (microbiological, chemical, and physical).
Lead, train, and develop the QA team to maintain high performance and technical excellence.
Identify quality improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction.
