Responsibilities

- Analyze and optimize operational workflows to reduce bottlenecks, improve lead times, and enhance overall productivity.
- Enforce strict adherence to quality control protocols and safety standards to ensure all scientific products meet regulatory requirements.
- Monitor resource utilization and raw material consumption to minimize wastage and drive cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate between production, procurement, and logistics to ensure a seamless supply chain and timely delivery of products.
- Lead and supervise floor staff, fostering a culture of professional discipline where actions speak louder than words in achieving operational goals.
