Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer. The successful candidate will undergo a structured training program designed to build expertise in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis. He will support the team in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, assisting in budgeting, reconciliation, tax reporting, and month-end closing processes.
Responsibilities
- Support in maintaining accurate financial records for the organization, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and general accounting activities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).
- Help with the recording of transactions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expenses.
- Assist in processing vendor invoices, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
- Support the bank reconciliation process by comparing bank statements with internal records and identifying any discrepancies.
- Help monitor and manage company cash flows, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Assist the finance team in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for various departments.
- Support in comparing actual financial results with budgeted figures and provide variance analysis.
