Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer. The role is designed to develop future HR leaders by providing hands-on experience across key HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and HR operations. The MTO will work closely with HR professionals and leadership to support strategic and day-to-day HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Help organize induction sessions and prepare onboarding documentation.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR systems (HRIS).
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
- Help design communication materials for HR initiatives and policy updates
- Support in identifying training needs and preparing training calendars.
- Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal cycles.
- Help manage the documentation and follow-up of performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
- Compile HR metrics and prepare regular reports on employee headcount, attrition, hiring status, etc.
