The Management Trainee Officer (IT) serves as a dual-threat professional, combining the analytical skills of a Business Analyst with the technical capabilities of a Developer. Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain custom software applications or system modules to meet specific business objectives.
- Translate functional business requirements into technical specifications for software development and system enhancements.
- Write clean, scalable code and perform rigorous testing to ensure all applications meet our quality standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate new software features that streamline production and retail operations.
- Document system architectures, user workflows, and code logic to ensure full transparency and maintainable systems.
