Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Officer. The successful candidate will assist in daily manufacturing operations, monitor production processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves hands-on experience on the shop floor, coordination with cross-functional teams, and maintaining safety and efficiency in operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily baking schedules to ensure all retail orders are fulfilled on time while maintaining the Gourmet standard of excellence.
- Conduct rigorous sensory and visual inspections of all bakery products to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Enforce strict food safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a sterile and professional production environment.
- Monitor production workflows to identify efficiencies, reduce bottlenecks, and maximize the output of the bakery lines.
- Track raw material consumption and production yields to minimize wastage and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Lead and motivate the production team, ensuring that their actions reflect a commitment to professional discipline and craftsmanship.
