The Management Trainee Officer (Quality) is responsible for upholding the "standard of excellence" by ensuring every product meets our strict benchmarks for taste, texture, and hygiene. This role involves monitoring the entire production cycle, enforcing food safety SOPs, and conducting rigorous sensory evaluations to guarantee 100% freshness. By identifying quality deviations and implementing corrective actions, the MTO ensures that our commitment to being a premier brand for Pakistan is reflected in every item, proving that our actions speak louder than words in maintaining consumer trust.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all stages of production to ensure every product meets the specified standards for taste, texture, appearance, and weight.
- Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation protocols across the production floor, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Conduct regular sensory evaluations and laboratory testing of raw materials and finished goods to guarantee 100% freshness and quality.
- Identify quality deviations or batch failures and implement immediate corrective actions to prevent substandard products from reaching retail outlets.
- Maintain detailed quality logs, audit reports, and documentation to ensure full traceability of all bakery items.
- Provide ongoing training to floor staff on best practices for food handling and quality maintenance to ensure that actions speak louder than words.
