The MTO – Sales Operations supports the execution and optimization of sales processes, ensuring smooth coordination between sales teams, distributors, and internal departments. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, order management, and improving operational efficiency to drive sales performance and market execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily sales operations and ensuring smooth order processing.
- Coordinate with sales teams to track targets, achievements, and performance.
- Support in execution of sales plans, promotions, and campaigns.
- Maintain and analyze sales data, including volume, revenue, and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Identify gaps and provide insights to improve sales performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Monitor order fulfillment, stock levels, and distribution efficiency.
- Address issues related to delayed deliveries or stock shortages.
- Work closely with distributors and field sales teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor distributor performance and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in resolving operational issues faced in the market.
