Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer. The successful candidate will undergo a structured training program to learn various aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning. You will have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects and gain hands-on experience in optimizing our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in vendor selection, purchase order creation, and supplier relationship management.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing materials and services in line with demand forecasts.
- Monitor supplier performance and assist in maintaining supplier contracts.
- Support the monitoring of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in tracking and controlling stock movements across warehouses and distribution centers.
- Help ensure the accuracy of inventory records and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Assist in gathering data for demand forecasting and help in creating plans to align inventory levels with market needs.
- Support the analysis of past sales trends, seasonality, and customer demands to predict future requirements.
- Participate in initiatives focused on improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.
