Responsibilities
Design, implement, maintain preventive & predictive maintenance to ensure the efficiency of plant equipment.
Maintain plant quality performance standards, ensuring all equipment & processes to meet the company's quality standards.
Provide on and off-hour emergency response, including equipment repair, damage control & assignment of support personnel as needed.
Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
Supervise daily plant operations and production activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
