Oversee production operations and ensure achievement of planned targets and KPIs.
Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and resources for efficient production.
Monitor quality, productivity, wastage, and process performance against standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Drive process improvements, ensure SOP/GMP compliance, and prepare production performance reports.
