About this role
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Manager R&D – Ice Cream to lead product development and drive innovation across our ice cream portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in dairy/ice cream formulation, a passion for creating new products, and the ability to translate market trends into successful commercial offerings.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of new ice cream formulations, flavors, and textures in line with consumer insights and market trends.
Drive ideation sessions to create innovative products that strengthen the brand’s market position.
Manage prototype development, pilot trials, and scale-up for commercial production.
Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Quality teams to ensure successful product launches.
Optimize existing product recipes for cost efficiency, sensory quality, and shelf-life stability.
Implement process improvements in mixing, freezing, aeration, and hardening stages.
Research and evaluate new raw materials, stabilizers, emulsifiers, flavors, and inclusions.
