About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Officer to manage shipping and dispatch operations, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of finished goods. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, maintain shipping documentation, monitor dispatch schedules, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily shipping and dispatch activities
Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery challans, invoices, and transport records
Coordinate with the internal fleet team and logistics personnel to ensure timely dispatches
Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure product safety and accuracy
Assist in optimizing shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays
Track shipments and resolve any delivery or transportation issues.
