About this role
We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant (Business Analyst) who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, CRM Odoo or other enterprise business applications.
Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and end users throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Stay updated with ERP technologies and recommend innovative solutions for business growth.
