About this role
We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant (Business Analyst) who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, CRM Odoo or other enterprise business applications.
Responsibilities
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in FMCG manufacturing or related industries.
Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, including O2C, P2P, Procurement, Planning, Production, Inventory, Warehousing, and Distribution.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle.
Strong command of requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and BRD/FRD documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills, with experience in ERP integration, UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
