About this role
We are seeking a high-caliber Sr. Manager Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations for our expanding beverage operations. This pivotal role will focus on driving cost efficiency, securing raw material & packaging pipelines, and optimizing supply chains across high-volume beverage manufacturing plants and commercial distribution networks.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for key beverage inputs, including raw materials (sugar, concentrates, flavors, CO2) and primary/secondary packaging (PET preforms, glass bottles, aluminum cans, closures, shrink film, master cartons).
Negotiate and manage contracts with global and local suppliers, ensuring raw material compliance.
Lead margin improvement initiatives, analyze global commodity trends and mitigate inflation risks across the supply chain.
Collaborate with plant managers, quality control, and logistics teams to align inventory planning.
Direct and mentor the procurement team, enforcing strict compliance standards, clear SLAs, and transparent procurement policies.
